The Saanich Fair takes pride in the Christmas In The Manger Craft Fair by showcasing our vendors’ creativity and skill through the high level of quality handmade goods they bring. We strive to provide an incredible shopping experience before the holidays!

*Please note that we will not be accepting Multi-Level Marketing (MLM)/Direct Sales companies.*
November 22, 2019 - Vendor Setup 12:00PM - 8:00PM
November 23, 2019 - Craft Fair is open 10:00AM - 4:00PM
November 24, 2019 - Craft Fair is open 10:00AM - 4:00PM

PRICING PER SPACE (includes GST and the $25 non-refundable deposit):
Applications must be fully completed by the deadline date listed in order to receive corresponding price.
1) Due JUNE 15, 2019 - Early-Bird Special - $136.50
2) Due SEPTEMBER 15, 2019 - $162.75
3) Due NOVEMBER 1, 2019 - $199.50 (Subject to Space Availability)
Upon applying, a non-refundable deposit of $25.00 (included in the pricing above) must be paid.
If you are accepted by our jury this deposit will be applied to your space total.
If you are NOT accepted by our jury the deposit is non-refundable.
Payment is accepted by Visa or Mastercard (phone or in person), Debit, Cash, Cheque (in person) at the Saanich Fair Office.
*Please note that upon notification of your acceptance, you will have 5 business days to pay the outstanding balance.
This is a juried craft fair. All applications that have not had their items reviewed within the last 3 years are subject to review. The number of vendors in each product category is limited. High quality photos (3) of your product(s) are key to success in the jurying process.
JURYING DATES (subject to juror availability):
1) JUNE 28, 2019 - To review applications submitted by JUNE 15, 2019
2) SEPTEMBER 30, 2019 - To review applications submitted by SEPTEMBER 15, 2019
3) NOVEMBER 15, 2019 - To review applications submitted by NOVEMBER 1, 2019
WHAT TO EXPECT FROM US:
A venue in the heart of the agricultural community.
Signage in a variety of locations spread out across Central Saanich.
Advertising in print, radio, and social media.
Individual business advertising on our website and Facebook page for vendors who submit their application with 3 high quality photos before June 15, 2019 (upon vendors request).
2 weekend wristbands.
A designated parking pass for the weekend.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
We do all we can to promote this wonderful craft fair, but we would like to enlist your help too! The more it gets promoted, the more successful it is for you!
Tell us a bit about yourself and what your craft is in a vendor bio.
Vendors must stay for the full weekend. Ensure you have sufficient stock for both days!
Take down will not start until 4:00PM on November 24, 2019.
If you did not participate in our 2018 craft fair or are planning to sell new items please write a vendor bio and attach 3-5 high quality photos to be juried. The jury will base its decisions on the photos presented.
If you choose to cancel after you have been approved and have remitted the fee please be advised:
Cancellations prior to October 25, 2019: you will receive a 50% refund of the total fee.
Cancellations on or after October 25, 2019: no refund will be issued.
*Cancellation must be received via email. The date on the email will be used to determine whether you qualify for a refund.*
