POPLAR ROOM

This room is a very bright room with seating for 178 people or 125 people banquet style.  The room size is 30' x 48' (1440 sq. ft.).  This room is located on the upper level of the Main Hall but accessible at ground level with parking at the door.

OAK ROOM

The best room with the view.  This room will accommodate up to 50 people. A great venue for small workshops, meetings, art classes, memorials, etc.

EQUESTRIAN FACILITIES

The Fairground hosts a wonderful equestrian centre with 100 stalls for stabling.  There is a large riding ring called The Saanich Ring and smaller dressage ring called the Hovey Ring.  There is also an Agriplex (80' x 240') with special sand base for horse riding, horse shows, dog classes to name a few.  The RCMP Barn is a large paved building that is 88' x 148' - great for auctions, dog classes, agricultural shows, sports practices, etc.
